Organisation and Preparation of Archives

The contract shall cover the Contracting Authority's requirement for services related to organisation of paper and electronic archive materials. This includes i.a. organisation and preparation of archive material for future deliveries to the National Archives of Norway and destruction and implementation. In accordance with the National Archives of Norway's requirements and guidelines.

Innovation Norway (IN) shall enter into a Framework Agreement for services for the organisation of paper and electronic archive materials.

IN has a large amount of old archive materials and concluded archives.

The Framework Agreement shall i.a. include organisation and preparation of archive materials for storage and possibly delivery to the National Archive of Norway and facilitating destruction.

IN has in addition to own archives, also archives from concluded agencies; the National industries and district development fund (SND) including previous merger, the Government Consultative Office for Inventors, the Norwegian Export Council and the Norwegian Tourist council

IN requests an appointed contact person and fixed personnel in the tenderer's organisation working with the archive materials.

The contract includes all IN's archives that are not organised and prepared. i.e. at the head office in Oslo as well as district offices in counties lacking organised archives.

The estimated value of the Framework Agreement is 3 000 000 NOK for a period of 4 years.

Subject to budget changes and that the company's priorities can influence the competition implementation and the contract conditions. A different provider can be engaged if the Contracting Authority requires this.
