Provision of care, conservation and management of paper archives

The purpose of this contract is to take charge, preserve, manage movements (communications and renditions) and the destruction of the archives of the Action Logement group (archives to come as well as the recovery of the archives intoutstanding), as well as the provision of an archive management tool, its maintenance and associated training. The geographical perimeter of this market covers the metropolis. The market is a framework agreement with one-way purchase orders with no minimum or maximum amount for the total duration of execution.

The present contract is for the management, conservation, managementmovements (communications and renditions) and the destruction of the Action Housing Group archives (future archives as well as the recovery of the pending internal archives), as well as the provision of an archive management tool, its maintenance and the associated training. The geographical perimeter of this market covers the metropolis. The market is a framework agreement with my order formso-recipient without minimum or maximum amount for the total duration of execution

- sub-criterion n 4: quality of the management tool, note on 15 points,

- sub-criterion n 5: quality of the conservation sites, rated out of 10 posub-criterion n 6: quality of the security assurance plan proposed by the candidate, scored on 5 points.

Supplementary requests for information must be sent only to the purchaser's profile of the contracting authority no later than 12 days before the deadline for submission.-offers. At the end of the analysis of the offers, the contracting authority reserves the right to audition the 2 tenderers whose bids are regular, acceptable and appropriate and who have obtained the best overall scores at the end of the multi-criteria ranking in order to 'get clarification on their offers.
