S. Supervision of the Daukantas Street major repair technical work project and project execution supervision

Supplier (as well as all members of the supplier group, if the offer is made by a group of suppliers) and entities whose capacity is relied on by the supplier shall comply with the requirements for the absence of removal grounds. The tender must only include the European Common Procurement Document (ESDP) in the tender. Only the potential winner will be asked for all the documents required by the ESDP

To provide:

Qualification certificate issued by the relevant institution or Certificate of Recognition of Rights (for suppliers not registered in the Republic of Lithuania) granting the right to engage in the specified construction activity. the right to carry out geological surveys

Supplier within the last 3 years or from the date of registration of the supplier (if the supplier has been in business for less than 3 years) must have completed * at least one building (group of constructions communications: roads and / or streets) new design and technical work of new construction and / or reconstruction and / or overhaul;a contract for the preparation of a technical project and work project (for the same object) **, the value of which is at least 10 000, 00 EUR with VAT. Project Execution Supervision is not included in the Contract Period.

* If the Supplier provides information about the Contract that has been started and completed within the last 3 years, it is considered that its experience meets the requirement. If the supplierprovides information about a contract that started earlier than the last 3 years but has been completed within the last 3 years, it is considered that its experience meets the requirement if the value of the contracted part over the last 3 years is at least 10, 000.00 EUR VAT ** ** If the technical project for the same object was prepared according to two contracts (technical project)
