Project designing - technical documentation - technical project phase and technical assistance from the designer during the execution of the works in order to achieve the investment: rehabilitation in order to increase the energy efficiency public buildings - Kindergarten with program prel. "The seven dwarfs" - body C1. - Categories of works that will be considered in the realization of the technical project to achieve the anticipated results refer to: - the thermal insulation of the facades of the building, - the complete restoration of the thermo and hydro insulation system of terraces, - the thermal insulation of the floorboard over the basement, - the replacement of windows with aluminum profile windows and g- rehabilitation of the waterproofing of the access covers, - restoration of the sidewalk, - restoration of the heat distribution system for heating and hot water, between the connection point and the floor above the basement, - installation of a source renewable energy by using air-water heat pumps and their integration into the existing heating system- through the use of heat exchangers and associated automation, - automation system (active control system), - replacement of terrace receptors and connection to existing rainwater columns, - - internal hydrants, external hydrants,

- installation of solar panels and a coil with a coil,

- replacement of illuminating bodieswith some LEDs with long life and low consumption,

fire detection and signaling system

Requirements for exclusion reasons

Requirement no. 1. The tenderer or, as the case may be, the associated tenderer, the supporting third party, the declared subcontractor shall not fall within the situations set out in art. 164 of Law no. 98 / 2016.

Statement of Incorrect Statementin the provisions of art. 164 of Law no. 98/2016 (DUAE) together with the supporting documents, respectively:

- The judicial and fiscal record for the economic operator,

- The judicial record for each of the members of the management, management or supervision body of the economic operator and for the persons having power representation, decision-making or control within it, in accordance with art. 164 par. (2) of the Law no. 98 / 2016.

Requirement no. 2. The bidder or, as the case may be, the associated offeror, the supporting third party, the declared subcontractor shall not fall within the situations set out in art. 165 of Law no. 98 / 2016.

Declaration on non-compliance with the provisions of art. 165 of Law no. 98/2016 (DUAE) with associated supporting documents, respectedthe certificate issued by the Public Finance Administration as well as the certificate / certificates issued by the local public authorities showing that the economic operator / economic operator has no overdue debts to the state budget and the local budget / budget at the time of their presentation. no. 3. At the closing date for the submission of tenders, a declaration on own responsibility for non-compliance with the provisions of art. 60 lit. d) and e) of Law no. 98 / 2016. ● The bidder or, as the case may be, the associated offeror, the supporting third party, the declared subcontractor must not fall within the situations set out in art. 60 lit. d) and e) of Law no. 98 / 2016.

It will be spunto make a declaration on our own responsibility for non-compliance with the provisions of art. 60 lit. d) and e) of Law no. 98 / 2016.
