The subject of the contract are architectural services for object planning, allocation, object monitoring and object support for the new building of the supply building on the hospital campus in Friedrichshafen according to the performance picture of - - 33ff HOAI (performance phases 3 to 9, Grand services for buildings according to the fees for architects and engineers, Part 3, Section 1 2). A) Financial and economic efficiency:

1) Average total turnover of the applicant in the area of object planning from the last 3 years acc. - 45 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 VgV as guarantee for a stable settlement by sufficient capacity and economic security over the project period, weighting 5%;

2) Institutionigram, office perspective, mention of similar projects currently being worked on in the office, weighting 5%;

B) organization:
