Complex landscaping in ca. Třebusice and Hospozin

The subject of the above-mentioned public service bids is the elaboration of a proposal for complex landscaping (hereinafter only "KoPU") in the cadastral territory of Třebusice and the cadastral territories of Hospozin, including necessary geodetic works in the precision class designated for the renovation of the cadastre7/2013 Coll., On Land Registry (cadastral plan), in the wording of later regulations (hereinafter referred to as "Land Registry")

The subject of part of the above-mentioned public service contracts is the elaboration of complex (hereinafter referred to as the "KoPU") in the cadastral territory of Třebusice, including necessary geodetic works in the range of precision intended for restoration to(the Cadastral Hall), in the wording of later regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "cadastral plan").

The proposal of the KoPU will be prepared in such a way that it can be registered in the real estate cadastre. ) pursuant to Section 77 (1) of the Commercial Code of the Commercial Register or other analogous register, if another legal regulation enters into such records; b) pursuant to Section 77. 2 sheets. a) ZZVZ - proof of entrepreneurial activity in the extent of:

- Trade Licensing for the Execution of Surveying Activities,

- Trade Licenses for the Design of Land Regimes,

- Trade Licenses for the Project Activities in the Construction

c) pursuant to Section 77, Par. c) ZZVZ - a document proving the professional competence: - - official correction for the design of land improvements according to Art. 139/2002 Collas well as the authorization for verification of the results of surveying activities pursuant to - 13 paragraph 1 letter. a) and c) of Act No. 2001/1994 Coll., - a certificate of authorization pursuant to Act No. 360/1992 Coll. "USES" and "Transport Structures" and "Water and Landscape Engineering"
