Subject of VZ is processing of PD and related activities for the premises of the Contracting Authority - Brno Center for Material Utilization of Wastes, on the base of processed documentation for issuing an Grounding Decision (DUR). Project Documentsthe building objects SO 01, SO 10, SO 11.1, SO 11.2 and ZP 01 are not included in the DUR. Main Site: The place of delivery of the activities of the contractor is the secretariat of the business of the contracting entity at the address of Jedovnicka 4247/2, 628 00 Brno.

The subject of the public procurement is the elaboration of project documentation and related activitiesfor the premises of the Contracting Authority - Brno Center for Material Utilization of Wastes, on the basis of the prepared documentation for the issue of grounding decision (DUR). The building documents SO 01, SO 10, SO 11.1, SO 11.2 and ZP 01 are not part of the project documentation, which are DUR content. It is estimated that the investment costs of the building amount to CZK 230, 000, 000 without VAT.

The subject of the project is:

• Project documentation elaboration(DPS) and Project Procurement Documentation (PDPS), including the budget item and the draft report; • Performance of engineering activities combined with the above, providing synergy and ensuring the author's supervision during the implementation constructions on the basis of project documentation, and - under the conditions specified in the supporting documentation, respectively.-The documents drawn up will be accompanied by evidence of negotiations with the state administration bodies, including the examination of property-rights relations, opinions, approvals and, if necessary, the decisions of the state administration bodies concerned, prescribed by special legal regulations and incorporation of comments and decisions into the project documentation. the subject of the public offer is also providedas well as the licenses for the elaboration of the project documentation and its material capture, for the entire duration of the protection of the property rights deriving from the authority of the selected contractor

The contractor shall submit pursuant to - 77 (1) and (2) (a) the law of a commercial listing or an extract from another similar to the filing, if another law prescribes such-the record requires a further validation of the business in the field of: • the project activity in the construction.

The sponsor acknowledges for the business license in the required field the current registration from the trade register or the current business license sheet or the documents proving the repair of the supplier for entrepreneurship in the field, the contracting authority has the content of the required field (one dealing mainly with tradesThe contractor shall submit a certificate of professional competence to the person responsible under Act No. 360/1992 Coll., on the performance of the profession of authorized architects and on the performance of the profession of authorized engineers and technicians active in the construction, as amended by the later regulations, in the field of:

• water management and landscape engineering (for at least 1 person) and • land(for at least 1 person)

The contractor shall indicate the relationship of the person to the contractor (employee or similar, or contractually see also Article 6.4 of the Documentation)

In the event of authorization being acquired abroad, the person must comply with the Section 30a of Act No. 360/1992 Coll. document proof (eg confirmation of entry into the relevant list of registered persons) of the status of the person's establishment (- 30hand nasl. Act No. 360/1992 Coll.) or the guest person (Section 30n and the following Act No. 360/1992 Coll.).
