The main objective of the procurement is to find the main building of the Jaerukuela Second School House and the sports complex design studios, whose study is to carry out the necessary studies, to plan the area according to the demands and conditions presented. design assemblies

The headquarters of the procurement is to find the headquarters of the Design Schools at Jaervekuela Second School House and Sports Complex, which is supposed to carry out the necessary studies, plan the area according to the demands made and conditions, carry out designing exercises and provide authorizationslve service.

Provider must be registered in the Aeronautical Register. Proprietor who is required to be registered in the register of registers or in an analogous registry of the Republic of Estonia registry in accordance with the Act on the Public Procurement Act.

1) Net sales of ha (In the field of trade, there must be at least 250 000 (two hundred and fifty thousand) EUR annually. According to - 116 of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority reserves the right to redeem all tenders in each-before the conclusion of the contract in case of collateral:

all received tenders outstrip the expected cost;

all the tenders declared to be in conformity exceed the expected cost;

bids that do not match the information in the source documents of the contract.

The tender is not split up, as the contracting authority does not have the right to split the tender.
