The subject of this invitation to tender is, on the basis of the already existing work results (see Appendix: Concept study by VERDANDI exhibition and museum planning GmbH "The practice worlds in the common Praventionszentrum BGW and VBG in Hamburg ", in the following short: concept study) the conceptual cornerstones for-to plan the practice worlds in detail, including specifications for the construction and contents of the practice worlds, and to supervise the realization. This includes the awarding of the contract and the building supervision.

The services to be provided in the context of the present award procedure have the following sub-objectives:

- preparation of detailed plans for the implementation of 11 practice guidelines with the clients(PW):

O PW 1 Ergonomics

O PW 2 Violence Prediction

O PW 3 Studio 78

O PW 4 Skin Protection

O PW 5 Mental Health

O PW 6 MobilityExposure i. Of a best-of-practice worlds) as well as 2 further teaser areas (see concept study for all mentioned premises and areas)

- preparation of tender documents for the timely allocation of orders for the production of media and further furnishing elements (see concept study, et al Raumobjekte, exhibits) according to the detailed plans.

On BasFor the abovementioned sub-objectives, the respective implementation orders are issued and subsequently processed within the framework of the award procedure. Optionally, the clients will use the contractor to oversee the implementation. The objective is, on time, d. H. at the beginning of the operation of the Praeventionszentrum III. Quarter 2022, to equip the said areas and rooms.
