object planning building according to part 3, section 1 HOAI (work phases 3 to 9); of the vocational school center Kulmbach, replacement building C3. A section and stepwise commissioning remains reserved. The estimated value of the 100% performance according to HOAI is ca. 362 000 EUR The work phases 3 to 9 from it about 329 000 EUR excluding VAT and without additional costs and without special services.
