15341 Integral design and management for the renovation of the A Plein-Kalvermarkt complex building in The Hague

The Plein-Kalvermarkt complex (PKC) in The Hague, where the core department of the The Ministry of Defense is housed and consists of 6 building sections (A, A / B, B, C, D and H). Large scale rrenovation of building A (monumental) is the final step in the phased renewal of the PKC.

The design assignment has a lead time of approximately 12 months, the design assignment for electronic security approximately 8 months, the advice approx. 14 months during the tendering phase and approx. 30 months for building management. Overview of general project characteristics:
