Lausanne Sebeillon. Project management, conducting and carrying out studies

The Lausanne-Sebeillon site is located in the western part of the city Lausanne. It is occupied by railway, logistic and industrial activities that can be transformed. SBB wants to convert the site as a whole.

The Lausanne-Sebeillon site is located in the western part of the city Lausanne. It is occupied by railway, logistic and industrial activities that can be transformed. SBB wishes to undertake a conversion of the site as a whole.

The aim of the mandate is to support SBB in the management of the development project of the Lausanne-Sebeil site.until new building rights and stabilized architectural parts are obtained.

CQ 1.1: 2 references per company member of the tendering consortium on the conduct of similar projects (similar market scale, and comparable context and complexity) during the last 5 years in Switzerland under a mandate conducted in French language. References mustin particular to justify competence in the fields of project management and urban development;

CQ 2.1: for the 2 main components of the mission (project management and urban development), total staff of the tenderer and those assigned to the realization of the mission.

EM1:

- 2 reference projects presenting similar functions and tasks, realized at the cofor the last 5 years for each person in charge of the identified areas of expertise (except related studies). Max 1 A4 page per reference,

- Key people must prove at least 5 years experience in the same function and have adequate qualifications. Proof: CVs of key persons

Partial offers are not allowed.

Conditions for countries not having acceded to the accoWTO: none

General conditions: according to the conditions of the tender dossier.

Negotiations: remain reserved.

Conditions governing the procedure: the contracting authority awards contracts for services in Switzerland only to successful tenderers who guarantee compliance with the provisions on the protection of workers, working conditions and equal payMen and women.
