The AG intends under the titles "Good School 2020 and KIDU Schule "Measures to be carried out on school buildings in the city of Duisburg, These measures range from the renovation of toilet facilities to the refurbishment of interior rooms, energy renovations to extension and replacement new buildings. The overall measures will be implemented as part of the NRW.BANK "Good School 2020" funding program and within the framework of the KIDU School (Municipal Investment Promotion Act Chapter 2)Ristet. The work in the context of the overall measure must be implemented in accordance with the funding guidelines at the latest by this time. The object of the contract is the provision of architectural services for the object design for buildings and interiors.

The AG intends to build a cafeteria area in the framework of the overall measure of the Heinrich-Heine Comprehensive SchoolBuilding 3 with all necessary technical requirements. The allowable costs of measure a) amount to approximately EUR 224 000 net. Furthermore, the exchange of supply and possibly disposal lines as well as the sanitary equipment including adaptation to the guidelines for compliance with accessibility is provided in building 8. The allowable costs of measure b) amount to sich to about 309 000 EUR net. The AG also intends to renovate the roof, window and fa-ade surfaces of the building 1 as well as to adapt the drinking water network, including the renovation of the Sanitaertechnik, Beh. WC. The allowable costs of measure c) amount to approximately 1 355 000 EUR net.

As part of the overall measure at the Gymnasium Albert-Einstein GebaeBuilding 4 the replacement of supply and possibly disposal lines and the sanitary equipment incl. Adaptation to the requirements for compliance with accessibility planned. The allowable costs for measure d) amount to about 279 000 EUR net, for measure e) to about 41 000 EUR net and for measure f) to about 263 000 EUR net. Furthermore, the renovation of FensterfLaechen provided at the building 4. The allowable costs of measure g) amount to approximately 230 000 EUR net.

1) In relation to the contract:

a) The projects are compulsory according to the norms and requirements resulting from the financing by the NRW Bank Good School 2020 and the funding of KIDU School (Municipal Investment Promotion Act Chapter 2) result in implementationn;

b) For the implementation of the project, systems set up by the AG shall be used;

c) The client shall comply with the provisions of Art. - 17 (11) of the VgV, to award the contract on the basis of the initial offers without entering into negotiations.

2) With regard to the participation procedure:

i) declaration of the tenderer or any member of the consortium that the conditions for exclusion under - 19 Abs. 1 Minimum Wage Act (MiLoG) are not available;

j) declaration by the tenderer or each membermember of the group, that the preconditions for an exclusion according to - 6 para. 1-4 VgV are not met;

k) declaration of the tenderer or each member of the consortium pursuant to - 73 VgV that the provision of services takes place independently of execution and delivery interests;

l) Declarations of qualification, certificates and other supporting documents can be submitted as proof of suitability
