The subject of the public contract is the project work for the event entitled "New building of the psycho-somato rehabilitation pavilion PN Brno", the subject of which is the new building of the rehabilitation object. Ensuring of geodetic surveying, engineering-geological survey and hydrogeological surveyingb) Elaboration of project documentation for the combined ground decision and building permit (hereinafter only DUR DSP), which will contain in the document part all documents necessary for issuing a joint decision. The DUR DSP components will also be discussed with all DOSS (government authorities concerned).ici engineering-investment activities to DUR DSPs (in particular, ensuring the opinions of the relevant government bodies, network owners, etc.). Execution of engineering-investment activity involves the Contractor discussing project documentation for joint decision with the relevant bodies and state administration organizations, ie providing opinions for joint decision, filing an application to the building office and

d) Preparation of an itemized budget according to the valid RTS price list (budget), which will be in accordance with legal regulations, in particular with Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., on documentation of constructions and Decree no. Laying down the details of the definition of the subject of the public contract for construction work and the scope of the list of construction work, supplies and services

e) Elaboration of project documentation for execution of construction (hereinafter referred to as "PCB"), which will be in accordance with legal regulations, especially with Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., on Documentation of Buildings, and Decree No. 169/2016 Coll.(f) Development of an inventory of construction works, supplies and services (budgets) with a bill of quantities, which will not include any particular trade names and in accordance with legal regulations, especially with Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., on documentation of buildings and Decree No. 169/2016 Coll.the details of the subject of the public works contract and the scope of the list of works, supplies and services with the bill of quantities and which will not contain any specific business names and marks.

Professional qualification is fulfilled by the supplier who submits:

a) according to -77 (1) of the Act, the Contractor shall provide an extract from the Commercial Register or other similar records, if other legal regulations require such records to be entered in such records. a) Act on a business authorization certificate to the extent corresponding to the subject of the public contract, in particular a document proving the relevant trade authorization. To prove eligibility according to this letter the supplier shall submit to the tradeske entitled "Project activity under construction".

c) according to - 77 par. (c) a document certifying the competence of the supplier. In order to prove qualification according to this letter the contractor shall submit a certificate of authorization according to Act No. 360/1992 Coll.of these regulations, for a person whose professional competence is ensured for the fields "Building construction" (authorization IP00 or TP00), "Statics and dynamics of buildings" (authorization IS00), "Fire safety of buildings" (authorization IH00 or TH00), "Environmental technology construction, specialization medical technology (authorization IE01 or TE02) ", Environmental engineering, specialization electrical equipment" (authorization (IE02 or TE03) and "Building Technology" (authorization IT00 or TT00). It must be clear from the offer what relationship this authorized person has to the supplier, ie whether they are employees, subcontractors, etc. Demonstrate compliance with this professional qualification requirement can also be a certificate of registration in the required field in the case of persons sitting or visiting.

The subject of the public contract will be fulfilled at the following deadlines:

a) Update of the study to assess the possibility of elaborating a new rehabilitation object in a passive standard and ensuring the surveying and surveying according to Article 4.5 a) authorized under Article 4.5 (b) of the tender dossier, including the protocolar forward4.5 d) the tender documentation including the protocols handover to the Client within 16 weeks of receipt of the call for commencement of performance on parts of the work pursuant to Article 4.5 a), b) and d) of the tender documentation. engineering-investment activities for DUR DSP pursuant to Article 4.5 c) tender documentation within 26 weeks of proto-protoclar handover of part of the work pursuant to Article 5.1 a)

C) Elaboration of project documentation for execution of the construction according to Art. 4.5 e) order documentation, elaboration of a list of construction works, supplies and services (budget) with report of assessment according to art. 4.5 f) delivery of a call for commencement of performance on parts of the work pursuant to Article 4.5 (e) and (f) of the tender documentation
