The subject of the contract is the provision of services within the scope of activities of the following parts:

Main Site : Regional barrel in Košice, Šturova 29, Košice, SLOVAK REPUBLIC

Production and deliverycomplete and complete project documentation for issuing a ground decision.

1.1. Applicant must meet the conditions of participation specified in - 32 par. 1 zakona č. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on Amendments and Supplements to Certain Acts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Public Procurement Act"). Their fulfillment according to - 32 par. 2, 4, 5, - 152 para. 1 (write to hossubordinate entities) or - 152 para. 3 public procurement law.

1.2. The entry in the list of economic operators is effective against any contracting authority and the data contained therein do not need to be verified in the procurement procedures. When evaluating the fulfillment of the conditions of the personal status, the contracting authority shall verify the registration of the economic operator in thebjektov, if the applicant did not submit documents pursuant to - 32 par. 2, 4 and 5 of the Public Procurement Act or other equivalent registration or registration certificate pursuant to - 152 para. 3 public procurement law.

1.3. Enlisted in the list of entrepreneurs carried out according to the Act on Public Procurement effective until April 17, 2016 (Act No. 25/2006 Coll.).sti.

1.4. In accordance with - 32 para. 3 of the Public Procurement Act, the Applicant is not obliged to submit documents pursuant to Section 32, Para. 2 of the Public Procurement Act, if the contracting authority is entitled to use data from public administration information systems under a special regulation. If the applicant or the applicant fails to submit a document pursuant to paragraph 2 p. a) is obliged to prove the condition according to paragraph 1 pism. (a) provide the contracting authority with the data necessary to request the extract from the criminal record.

1.5. The economic entity may provisionally replace the documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions of participation determined by public contracting entities with a single European document pursuant to Section 39 of the Public Procurement Act. The public purchaser does not allow to fill only the global data. According to - 55 par. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions of participation are submitted by the bidder, who placed first in the ranking after the bid evaluation.

1.7. Applicant proves his / her personal status for each other person under - 33 para. 2 of the Public Procurement Act and pursuant to Section 34 Para. 3 of the Public Procurement Act and for each subcontractor to be offered in its offer.

1.8. If I have a grip or interestand the facility, place of business or habitual residence outside the territory of the Slovak Republic and the statutes of its place, place of business or usual residence does not issue any of the documents necessary to prove compliance with the conditions of participation or issue equivalent documents;, place of business or usual residence.

1.9. If rightthe applicant or interested in a residence, place of business or habitual residence outside the territory of the Slovak Republic shall not be governed by the institute of honorary pronouncement, may be replaced by a declaration made before a barrel, a legal body, a notary, another professional institution or a business institute according to the regulations in force in the state of the institution, place of business or the usual residence of the applicant or the applicant.

4) The moment for delivery of the submission - in IS EVO, the moment of delivery is considered to be the sending of the given information (requests, offers, proposals and other submissions). The tenderer is then obliged to deliver the documents to the contracting authority within 5 working days of the date of receipt of the request, unless the contracting authority has specified a longer period. In the event that the applicant fails to submit documents which have been replaced by the SED within the time limit set by the contracting authority, the public contracting authority shall exclude the tenderer from the public procurement.vendors demonstrates the fulfillment of the conditions relating to the personal status of each member of the group separately. A member of the group shall only be entitled to provide the service in relation to that part of the subject matter of the contract which I provide. In the case of vendor groups, the offer must also include a separate written authorization for one member of the vendor group who has the right subjectivity to whomescaping with a public procurer on behalf of a group of vendors and legally terminating on behalf of a group of vendors within a bid. The acts of the authorized representative for a group of suppliers will be strictly against the public purchaser. A written authorization must be signed by all members of the vendor group.

9) The contracting authority reserves the right not to accept even one offer from the submitted bids if I do not comply with the requirements of the contracting authority or are irregular or otherwise unacceptable and cancel the award procedure if all bids exceed or the most successful bid exceeds

10) The contracting authority shall exclude the applicant from the public procurement even if the facts pursuant to - 40 para. 6 pism. (g) public procurement law. VO applied the procedure under - 66 para. 7 ZVO.
