National - Compliance report for noise production ceilings

Chapter 11 of the Environmental Management Act states that ProRail is responsible for compliance with the noise production ceilings (gpps) along the track. Along the track lies a geographic network of virtual points, which are called reference points. Each of these referpoints has its own standard, the noise production ceiling. The gpps are recorded in the track sound register. Article 11.22 of the Environmental Management Act requires ProRail, as manager of the track, to report annually on compliance with the gpps in the compliance report. ProRail reports to the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management and the State Secretary sends itcompliance report to the House of Representatives. This tender is aimed at the services that ProRail needs for the noise model for the compliance report.
