This mission includes architectural missions-landscape and architecture (including the design of signage, furniture and lighting), engineering special techniques, stability and surroundings, security coordination project phase and geometry. contracting authority initiates a market split into a firm slice, the basic market and several conditional slices, namely the chantie follow-upr of each project.

Although the conclusion of the contract covers the entire market, it only binds the contracting authority for the firm tranche.

The execution of each conditional tranche is subject to a decision by the contracting authority concerned. to the knowledge of the successful tenderer under the terms and conditions set out in the initial market documents. Execution of conditional slicess can not change the overall nature of the market.

Location of the service: Sambreville, Jemeppe-sur-Sambre, Floreffe, Andenne, Namur, Profondeville, Yvoir and Hastiere.

The candidate produces the unique walking document European Union, which consists of an up-to-date honorary declaration which is accepted by the contracting authority as a priori evidence in lieu oface of documents or certificates issued by public authorities or third parties to confirm that the candidate concerned:

1) is not in one of the situations of exclusion referred to in Articles 67 to 69 of the Law of 17.6.2016;

2) meets the applicable selection criteria established in accordance with Article 71 of the Law of 17.6.2016.
