The candIdeally, it should consist of: - an architect registered in the order of architects, - one or more consultancies with expertise in BET TCE, BET structure, BET Thermal, construction economist, BET acoustician.

An individual candidate will be able to respond when he can ensure all the services announced above without forming a group. The duration of each lit will be as follows: Lot No 2: 49 months from the notification of the order in which the services are started; lot 3: 30 months from the notification of the service start-up order. In the case of electronic transmission, the envelope may be duplicated with a backup copy transmitted within the time limits, on physical electronic medium or on paper. This-copy is transmitted under sealed envelope and must include the mention, as well as the name of the candidate and the identification of the procedure concerned. The choice of transmission mode is irreversible. Candidates must apply the same method of transmission for all documents sent to the buyer.
