The subject of the public procurement is the elaboration of project documentation (DUR, DSP, to reconstruct the right entrance to the building on Hulvacka 1, Ostrava-Zabreh Street, with a secure grounding decisionand building permits. ■ Main site: Ostrava-Zabreh

The subject of the public procurement is the elaboration of project documentation (DUR, DSP, DPS) for the reconstruction of the right entrance to the building at Hulvacka 1, Ostrava-Zabreh with the provision of ground- decision and building permit. This is a barrier-free access to the building.

Proof of repairin the scope corresponding to the subject of the public procurement, if other legal regulations require such a justification, especially a document proving the relevant trade license with the object of undertaking "project activity in the construction", including a commercial register or other registration if the supplier has been entered in it special regulations, no later than 3 months before the date of commencement of theeni, in accordance with Section 77 (1) and (2) of the Charter. (a) law - professional competence or membership of a professional organization pursuant to Section 77 (2) of the Charter. b) and c) of the Act c) Certified to carry out activities within the meaning of Act No. 360/1992 Coll., on the performance of the profession of authorized architects, authorized engineers and engineers in the field of construction, in the field of building construction certificates certified; pursuant to Section 77 (2) of the Act. c) zThe contractor demonstrates the fulfillment of the professional qualification in the offer by submitting a declaration of honor (the model in annex 3 of the ZD may be used), the contents of which will show that the supplier meets all the eligibility criteria required by the contracting authority and the documents must prove that the required eligibility criteria are met at the latest at the time of 3 months before the day of commencement of the adjudication.
