Construction of residential complex 6N island of Nonnewisen district in Esch-sur-Alzette - mission of executing architect

Call for applications for an architect's mission in the interest of the construction of the project Nonnewisen lot 6N including the realization of an underground parking at 245investments on two levels, 17 dwellings in wood construction, 9 houses in band, 19 apartments and a surface of approximately 630 m for shops in Esch-sur-Alzette. The total gross area is about 16, 000 m. The financial envelope allocated to the project is approximately 29 700 000 EUR including taxes, fees included.

Only candidates who fulfill the legal requirements to perform the service in question may participate in the tender. The candidate will necessarily submit with his offer the following documents.

- a certificate of subscription to civil and professional liability insurance,

- an extract of criminal record or, aan equivalent document issued by a judicial or administrative authority of the country of origin, the certificate issued by the competent authority of the Member State according to which the service provider is in compliance with his obligations relating to the payment of contributions of social security, its taxes and taxes according to the legal provisions of the country in which it is established,

- a certificate rteacher on registration in the professional register of the country of origin

Candidates will be selected on the basis of their qualification and their experience, competence, reliability and human and technical abilities. Candidates must provide the following documents:

The candidate's turnover for the last 3 financial years. Candidate companies will need an average ofannual turnover exceeding 500 000 EUR excluding VAT.

Attribution criteria The criteria for judging benefits depend on the professional competence and the technical and organizational capacity - concept: approach, methodology envisaged for the mission, ... (40% ) - the professional competence: organization chart of the team in charge of the project, qualification, experience, ... (40%)-- technical assistance: presence on the premises, computer resources, ... (20%). Each candidate will be given a mark of 0 to 5 for each criterion. The points will then be weighted according to the percentage.
