The subject matter of this award procedure is a framework agreement on the recurrent appraisal of the technical facilities of buildings 1 to 8 at the Campus Derendorf over a period of at least 2 years.

The contract begins on 1.1.2019.

Optionally, there are 2 extensions of 1 each Year mo. The option of extending the contract only applies to Duesseldorf University unilaterally.

The extension option will be announced by the University of Duesseldorf 6 months prior to expiry at the latest.

The maximum duration of the contract is 4 years.
