Designation of a design office responsible for the programming of the project

Main Site: The project envisaged by the University is located in Liege on the Sart Tilman Campus in the Agora district.

The present contract concerns the designation of a design office responsible for project planning.and.

The project is divided into 3 phases:

Phase 1: Programming B6a:

- Part 1: Performing a survey and auditing of the B6a,

- Part 2: Finalizing the programming, with a view to rehabilitating and implementing level and in accordance with B6a, Part 3: propose a transfer of activities solution to release a first half of the B6c with a view to its asbestos removal. Phase 2: Follow-up of studies B6a:

- part 4:-follow-up of the B6a studies that will be carried out, on the basis of the programming, by a Project Author to be subsequently designed.

Phase 3: B6c programming:

- part 5: to finalize the programming:

- for the construction or the development of surfaces necessary to release the B6c by half

- for a new occupation of B6c.

This market is divided into 2 tranches:

- a trafirm phase which corresponds to phases 1 and 2,

- a conditional phase 3 phase.

Phase 3 (conditional phase) will be commissioned after approval by the Board of Directors of a global strategy for the redeployment of activities currently under way. exercised in buildings B6a and B6c and the means assigned to it.

The candidate produces the Single Document of myEuropean Union, which consists of a declaration on its own honor, which is accepted by the contracting authority as a priori evidence in lieu of documents or certificates issued by public authorities or third parties to confirm that the candidate is :

1 is not in one of the exclusion situations referred to in Articles 67 to 69 of the Law of 17.6.2016;

2-meets the applicable selection criteria established in accordance with article 71 of the law of 17.6.2016.

1) A certificate of subscription for insurance covering his (their) professional civil liability.
