Die Handwerkskammer Niederbayern-Oberpfalz beabsichtigt einen Grossteil des Bildungszentto rebuild Simmerling Weg 15 in Passau (land number 726/3).

Submission of the insurance policy or assurancewithout reservations, to provide the required insurance cover in case of order. Date of submission: with the request to participate. Not more than 6 months before the date of dispatch of the notice.

Professional liability insurance of the contractor / consortium with one, in one of the member states of the EU or one of the Contracting States of the Agreement on the European Economic Areainsurance company or credit insurer, with a coverage of at least EUR 3 000 000 for personal injury and of at least EUR 3 000 000 for other damage. He / she must ensure that insurance coverage in the amount of the coverage amounts is provided to cover any damage arising from the contract. The contractor / consortium is obliged to submit a current insurance certificate to the client on a yearly basis .
