Replacement tender MaIMB Special fuel depot / COMC LPAE

Armasuisse real estate seeks an agent for real estate management in the fields of fuel depots and liquid competence center that can pollute the air and water (COMC LPAE) in relation to mineral oils, which will be calledto work in all of Switzerland. The services are structured as follows in modules:

Main Site: The services must be provided at the head office of the agent, while investigations and site visits will take place at the location of the objects.

The services are structured as follows in modules:

Module 1: systematic survey of the state

Module 2: detailed assessment of the state (Inspektionen)

Module 3: formulation of the need to the attention of the management

Module 4: Planning forMeasurements

Module 5: Basic Data / Plane Cleanup

Module 6: Short Term Problem Solution

Module 7: Support for Resuming Objects

Module 8: FM Small Scale Measurements

COMC LPAE (Center of liquid skills that can pollute the air and the water)

Dimension.

Module 1-8: 2000 hours per year.

COMC LPAE: 800 hours per year.

Conditions Governing the Procedure: the contracting authority awards public contracts for services in Switzerland only to tenderers who guarantee compliance with the provisionson the protection of workers, working conditions and equal pay for men and women.

Other information:

(1) the term of office shall be awarded after acceptance of the tendering procedure by the adjudicator of Armasuisse real estate, subject to the granting of credits by the competent financial organ of the confederation;

2) the elaboration of the offers is not compensated.Offers remain the property of Armasuisse real estate;

3) the mandate can not be adjudged if the person (control of security relating to persons) or the company (control of security of the company) to control opposes the security control or if the result of this control is negative;

4) the increase will not be compensated for the duration of the mandate (including during the5) the number of hours of work (part B) are an estimate and are used as a basis of calculation. The latter will not be entitled to any rights; 6) As a general rule, this package of services is subject to a new call for tenders every 5 to 7 years. The Adjudicator reserves the right to reduce the deadline for submission of bids for this package of services from 40 to 24 days.-remedies: in accordance with Art. 30 LMP, this publication may be attacked, within 20 days of its notification, at the Federal Administrative Court, PO Box, 9023 St. Gallen. The appeal memorial, to be submitted in two copies, shall indicate the conclusions, reasons and means of proof and shall bear the signature of the Appellant or his representative.re; a copy of this publication and the exhibits invoked as evidence, if available, will be attached to it.

Closing time for submission of tenders / remarks:

a) In the case of mailing, the tenders must be submitted no later than the date of expiry in the hands of the Swiss Post (date of postage stamp 19.2.2018, letter A);

b) In case of-submission to the WTO CM of armasuisse. In the case of a personal delivery to the Armasuisse CMO, the deadline is fixed at 16:00 on the above deadline; a confirmation of receipt must be required. The lodge at Kasernenstrasse 19 in Bern is open continuously from 07:00 to 17:00. The sending by a private mail constitutes a personal discount. The tender must be sent in a closed envelope bearingclearly the indication: Tenders for which the deadline is not respected will not be taken into consideration

If questions arise during the development of the offer, it is possible to ask them anonymously until 24.1.2018 on the site www.simap.ch.
