European tender "Framework agreement Not Sprung Explosives".

The municipality of Eindhoven intends to contract out Non-Sprung Explosives (NGE) with a framework agreement. The work will take place in the municipality of Eindhoven.

The framework agreement does not include Explosive Explosivesin general terms:
