Mandate of a multidisciplinary team bringing together the skills deemed necessary for the execution of the mandate. The multidisciplinary team will be made up of at least one architect, one civil engineer, one CVCSE engineer and one fire safety engineer.

The services requested, in accordance with standards SIA 102, 103 and 108, as well as the standards corresponding to the trades, are the study services, phases 31 to 33, tendering, phase 41 and realization, phases 51 to 53.

Project management and general direction (SIA 112), architecture for the car park and the shopping mall (SIA 102), civil engineering (SIA 103), technical installations of the building (SIA 108), specialists.

The total amount estimates servant the calculation of the fees is

27, 284, 000 CHF.

Cost of the operation estimated at: 41, 726, 000 CHF.

Partial offers are not accepted.

Negotiations: price negotiations, price discounts and the services are prohibited.

Indication of the means of appeal: this call for tenders may be the subject of an appeal to the administrative chamber of the Geneva Court of Justicewithin a period of 10 days from the date of publication.

Closing deadline for the submission of offers / remarks: only offers arriving at the address of chapter 1.2 above, within the fixed deadline, signed, dates and will be taken into consideration. Tenders arriving after the fixed deadline will be excluded from the auction. Return of offers by post or drop-off at Fondation Parking lots.

Remarks (deadline for asking questions in writing): the adjudicator does not accept any question by telephone.
