Archeological observation of the bypass of the town of Pomorie, stretch from km 217 000 to km 222 849, 41 (kilometer from the project) from km 215 629, 05 to km 222 289, 41 (km along the existing road)

Archeological monitoring of the road during construction: in accordance with the requirements of Art. 161, para. 2 of the Cultural Heritage Act (ACA): "In the process of building activitiesand Chapter II Section 2 of the Ordinance on Terrestrial Archeological Surveys № H-00-0001 dated 14 February 2011. Pursuant to the provision of Article 147, paragraph 4, point 3 of the Specialized Act, Methodological Consideration Archeological Surveillance is a field study to establish the presence of archaeological structures at a given location. This measure is applied during constructionactivities and does not provide for excavations. In the event that archaeological structures are discovered during the observation, Art. 148 and 160 of the Cultural Heritage Act, with the Minister of Culture appointing a commission to propose follow-up actions.

Main Site: Bourgas District

On the Route I-9 "Sunny Beach Bourgas" from km 217, 000 to km 222, 849.41 (approxof the km 215 629, 05 to km 222 289, 41 (kilometer on the existing road), a search for archaeological sites was carried out by NAIM-BAS and the observation received by the contractor was monitored during the construction. From the above-mentioned report, it becomes clear that the route of the infrastructure site is designed so that at no point does it enter the territory of the "Ancient Necropolis of-Ulpia Anhialo "Real Cultural Property according to the Protocol of the Ministry of Culture After the excavation of the site, the following archaeological sites were registered: - - Object № 1 - a settlement structure from the Ottoman Age, falling 530 m along the route from km 222 150 to km 222 680; - - Facility № 2 - settlement structure from the Ottoman Age, falling along 230 m along the trackfrom km 218 330 to km 218 560; - - Project No 3 - Turkish waterworks of Ahiolau (Pomorie), in the section between km 218 480 to km 218 540; - Project No 4 - the main waterworks of the Roman city of Ulpia Anhialo, in the section between km 218, 800 and km 219, 100.

At the same time, the specialized literature contains information that the route will affect two other archaeological sites:

- Site No. 5 - Roman road, in the section of km 219-740 to km 220 680; - - Facility № 6 - Roman road, in the section between km 217 800 to km 218 250.

1. Participants shall indicate in EEDOP the subcontractors and the share of the order they will assign to them if they intend to use them. In this case, they must provide proof of the obligations assumed by the subcontractors. Relevant information concerning subcontractors shall be completed by the participant in Part IV, Section C, point 10 of the EEDOP. Subcontractors should-they meet the relevant selection criteria according to the type and the share of the order they will perform and for them there are no grounds for removal from the procedure. Notwithstanding the possibility of using subcontractors, the contractor is responsible for the performance of the contract.
