The subject of the framework agreement is the supply and distribution of fruit for pupils in primary education-and state and private gymnasiums, as well as preschool children from state and private kindergartens with a normal 4-hour program in Ialomita County for the years 2018-2021, up to a daily / preschool / pupil value. Daily Value Limit includes the full purchase price, shipping, distribution and storage costs, as applicable.

Main Site: School Units-(according to Annex 2 4 of the tender book) - The scope of the framework agreement is to provide and distribute fruit for pupils from the state and private primary and secondary schools, as well as for preschool children of the state and private kindergartens with a normal 4-hour program in Ialomita County for the years 2018 2021, in the limitof a daily / preschool / pupil value. The daily limit value includes the full purchase price of the products, their transport, distribution and storage costs, as the case may be.

In Ialomita County, according to GD no. 640/2017, with the subsequent modifications and completions, apples will be distributed, weighing at least 100 g.

Lot 1 Slobozia area:

Estimations of minimum and maximum quantities cmay be required during the whole of the framework agreement: Minimum amount: 2 040 000 pieces and maximum quantities: 2 448 000 units. RON, without VAT

Estimates of the minimum and maximum quantities that could be the subject of a single subsequent contract between those to be awarded during the duration of the framework agreement:-Minimum quantities: 680, 000 units and maximum quantities: 816, 000 units

The value of the largest subsequent contract is: 448 800.

Note: Estimates of the minimum and maximum quantities that may be requested throughout the framework agreement period and those who could be the subject of a single subsequent contract between those to be awarded during the duration of the framework agreement.the nexies to the notebooks. Mode of accomplishment:

The DUAE will be completed by all private operators(tenderers / associated tenderers / subcontractors / third-party supporters) with the information that characterizes their capacity. The DUAE document is available electronically through the online service provided free of charge by the European Commission, davailable on the Internet https://ec.europa.eu/growth/tools-databases/espd/filter.If the contracting authority will sign the framework agreement only with economic operators in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, as the case may be, the way of bidding with equal prices will be as follows:

1) If the commission finds that more than 2 admissible offers with-the contracting authority will request the submission of new improved financial proposals (with 2 decimal places), and the economic operators will send their reply in a closed envelope, in which case the agreement will be awarded to the first three tenderers with the price lower;

2) If the commission finds that more than 2 admissible offers have been submitted(2 decimal places), and the economic operators will send their answer, so that the bidder on the second place will have the opportunity to submit the tender in the enclosed envelope. the first place is not affected, ie the new financial proposal is not equal to or less than the clplaced on the 1st place. If the new financial proposal, as amended by the request of the contracting authority, will influence the rankings of the higher places, this will not be taken into consideration, keeping the initial offer submitted to SEAP in the procedure; where the commission finds that more than two admissible tenders have been submitted at equal prices by the successful tenderers-on the 3rd place, the way of their classification will be made by requesting the filing in a closed envelope of a new improved financial proposal (with 2 decimal places) and the economic operators will send their answer, so that the first and second place bidders will not or the new financial proposal is not equal to or less than the first place and II.
