Acupuncture Pertuzumabum oncologist, according to the specification. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all clarification requests on the 10th day before the deadline for submitting bids. The number of days that can be clearly requestedbefore the deadline for submission of tenders / applications, is 15 days.

Pertuzumabum 420 mg - min. subsequent contract = 1 fl., max. subsequent contract = 10 fl.

The value of the lowest subsequent contract is of RON 11, 448.31 and of the lowestand the subsequent subsequent contract is 114 483, 10 RON.

Awarding of the subsequent contracts - conclusion of the framework agreement, without resuming the competition.

The bidders, the supporting third parties and the subcontractors must not find themselves in the situations stipulated in art. 164, 165, 167 of Law no. 98 / 2016.

The manner by which the fulfillment of the requirement can be demonstrated: the DUAE will be completed by the operatorsand the economic participants in the award procedure, with the information related to their situation. The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the undertaken by completing the DUAE shall be submitted, at the request of the contracting authority, only by the bidder placed on the first place in the intermediate rankings drawn up at the completion of the evaluation of the tenders. Documents:

1) certificates of attorney(2) the criminal record of the economic operator and of the members of the administrative body, the state budget, the state budget, etc., management or oversight of that economic operator or those having the power of representation, d(3) as the case may be, documents demonstrating that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided for in art. 166 par. (2), art. 167 par. (2), art. 171 of Law 98/2016 on Public Procurement.

Operators economic operators submitting a tender must prove a form of registration under the law of the country of residence, that the economic operator is legallythat he is not in any of the situations of cancellation of establishment, and that he has the professional capacity to perform the activities covered by the contract. The way to demonstrate the fulfillment of the requirement: DUAE will be filled in by the economic operators participating in the award procedure, with information related to their situation.which proves the fulfillment of the assumed by completing the DUAE, respectively the certifying certificate issued by O.NR.C. or, in the case of foreign tenderers, equivalent documents issued in the country of residence are to be submitted, at the request of the contracting authority, by the tenderers ranked on the first three places in the intermediate rankings drawn up at the completion of the tender evaluation.
