PENICILIN SERIES ANTIBIOTIC ANTIBIOTIC

The subject of the public contract is to ensure the continuous supply of medicinal preparations with the active substance ANTIBIOTIC PENICILIN SERIES (hereinafter referred to as "medicinal preparations") for the needs of Krajske zdravotni, as as a health care provider (not for resale / release), includingits delivery to pharmacies in individual branches of Krajske zdravotni, as, listed in point 5 of the tender documentation.

The subject of the public contract is the provision of continuous deliveries of medicinal preparations with active substance ANTIBIOTIC PENICILINE SERIES for the needs of Krajske zdravotni, as, as a provider of health services (not for needsfurther sale / issue), including their direct delivery to pharmacies in individual branch offices of Krajske zdravotni, as, listed in point 5 of the tender documentation. ZZVZ. The participant shall demonstrate professional competence under Section 77 (1) by submitting a statement from the Commercial Registeror other similar records, if another law requires entry in such a register. The Contracting Authority recommends using Section 45 (4) of the Public Procurement Act to prove the qualification and to prove the given part of the qualification by reference to the corresponding information kept in the public administration information system or in a similar system maintained in another member state which allows unlimited access. Such a reference must containt Internet address and data for logging in and searching for the required information when such data is necessary. The participant is entitled to prove fulfillment of all qualifications to present a declaration of honor (Attachment No. 4).

The authenticity and old age of the documents are governed by - 45 and - 86 of the Public Procurement Act.
