1) Contracting authorityto reserve the right to conclude the framework agreement through the meeting of all the lots in the situation in which they were assigned to the same winning bidder, according to art. 141 para. (8) of Law 98/2016;

2) Sharing of offers with the same price located in the first place: in case 2 or more bidders located on the first place have the same price, the contracting authority will request clarifications through iThe SICAP intermediary will ask the bidders in this situation to electronically submit through SICAP a new financial proposal, and the framework agreement will be assigned to the bidder whose new financial proposal has the lowest price. The bidder with the lowest price will be designated the winner. If and after the re-offer the prices offered are equal, then authorsthe contracting party will request a new price offer, until the separation is possible
