- be insured against civil liability in the scope of conducted with the subject of the order for a guarantee sum of not less than: 1, 000, 000.00 PLN *.

If the Contractor provides amounts in a currency other than PLN, for the purposes of assessing whether the Contractor meets the condition referred to above, the Employer will take the value in PLN at the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland (Table A) from the date of publication of the contract notice in the Official Journal of the European Union (and if the average exchange rate is not published by the National Bank of Poland on the day of publication of the announcement, thenthe aviator will adopt the average exchange rate from the last announcement of the exchange rate table published by the National Bank of Poland before the publication date).
