framework to be concluded with a single economic operator, sampling and chemical analysis serviceand the odor of the emissions into the atmosphere of the purification plants, with a capacity exceeding 10, 000 equivalent inhabitants, managed by Acquedotto Pugliese SpA, for which the authorization for emission into the atmosphere was issued by the competent Regional Office.

The object of the contract is the assignment, through the legal instrument of the framework agreement to be concluded with a single economic operator, of the sampling and chemical and odor analysis service of the atmospheric emissions of the purification plants, of capacity exceeding 10, 000 equivalent inhabitants, managed by Acquedotto Pugliese SpA, for which it was issued by the compethe regional Office for authorization to release into the atmosphere. The total amount of the contract is EUR 2 025 000.00, of which EUR 2 000 000.00 per tender bid amount subject to a discount; 25, 000.00 EUR, for security costs not subject to auction discount. - CIG: 8067388B2C

a) decides to negotiate n. 82448 of 10.16.2019;

b) arbitration jurisdiction is excluded; the competent judicial authority and that of the Court of Bari;

c) verification of anomalous offers pursuant to art. 97 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016;

d) the awarding will also take placeand in the presence of only one valid offer, as long as it is considered appropriate and convenient pursuant to art. 97 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016;

e) and faculty of the contracting station not to proceed with the awarding of the tender if no tender is suitable or suitable in relation to the object of the contract, pursuant to art. 95, paragraph 12, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016;

f) the expenses related to the publicationNotification of notices and tender notices shall be borne by the successful tenderer and must be reimbursed to the contracting station within sixty days of the award. h) the contract will be concluded in electronic mediumprivate writing. Any costs related to the stipulation of the contract and its possible tax registration will be charged to the successful bidder / contractor;

i) for the purposes of the provisions of art. 29 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, all the documents of the tender procedure are published and updated on the profile of the customer www.aqp.it, in the section. They will also be publicon the same site and in order to allow the possible submission of appeals pursuant to article 120 of the administrative process code, in the following two days from the date of adoption of the relevant acts, the provision that determines the exclusions from the awarding procedure and admissions at the outcome of the assessments of subjective, economic-financial and technical-professional requirementsj) economic operators, for admission to the tender, in addition to being in possession of the requirements indicated in section III of this announcement, must also possess the subjective requisites prescribed by art. 80 of Legislative Decree no. 50 / 2016.
