The subject of public order is the delivery of apparatus for capillary electrophoresis with diode array detector. This public contract is related to the implementation of the project: "Improving the quality of the learning environment", reg. No. theinstallation, trained operators by qualified personnel and guarantee service. A detailed technical specification is given in Article 2 (2.2) of the Tender Documentation.The device must comply with all the requirements deriving from the technical and safety standards valid in the Czech Republic for this type of device.

The Supplier shall demonstrate compliance with the basic eligibility conditions set forth in Section 74 (1) (c). a) - e) The law in the form according to - 75 par. a) f) Zakona

The supplier proves fulfillment of pr- 77 of the Commercial Code in relation to the Czech Republic by submitting:
