It is procured some device for ALD (Atomic Layer Deposition), ie for coating of surfaces from the gas phase by self-limiting Oberflaechenreaktionen under conditions whereby dThe deposition of individual monolayers and a defined growth of the coating material is made possible. The service includes:

- delivery, set-up and installation at destination, including acceptance test and documentation,

- briefing and training of selected employees by contractor's specialists in terms of operation and safety aspects,

- access to a libraryon procedures for the ALD of common materials,

- Customer support with short reaction time.
