Obtaining anesthesia equipment for the Anesthesiology and Surgical Intensive Care Clinic at the Halle (Saale) University Hospital

The Department of Anaesthesiology and Surgical Intensive Care Medicine, University Halle (Saale) Medical Faculty, Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg would like to replace the obsolete anesthetic ventilators with this large-scale project. These devices are currently still being used in healthcare settings in the introductory rooms of the Central OR and at decentralized anesthesia workplaces. At all anesthetically supervised surgical sites in the UKH, a data transfer of anesthesia and ventilation parameters should be possible-become. The anesthesia machines are to be set up in the operating theaters.

Procurement of 30 anesthesia machines and completion of a full service contract

- completed and signed annex "Self-declaration of suitability" (here is information topersonal situation, as well as to mandatory and optional exclusion reasons acc. - 123 and 124 to complete GWB), - completed and signed applicant's declarations of the Land of Saxony-Anhalt (to be completed and signed separately by the subcontractor) (or proof of pre-qualification), - if properly completed and signed, the consortium declaration;-possible Copy excerpt of commercial central register (not older than 3 months).
