Supply and delivery of containers of age in granule up to 3 seaports destination DROM La Reunion, Martinique and Guadeloupe on behalf of andEDF PEI's facilities in Port Est at La Reunion, Bellefontaine in Martinique and Pointe Jarry in Guadeloupe (1 lot)

Lot n: 1 - supply and delivery of granular technical containers up to 3 seaports in DROM destination of La Reunion, La Martinique and Guadeloupe on behalf of EDF PEI establishments from Port Est to La Reunion, Bellefontaine en MartiniqThe criteria below apply to individual candidates and to each member of a consortium.

The applicant must provide a signed and dated declaration of honor justifying that he does not enter into any of the bidding cases mentioned in Articles 45 and 48 of Order No 2015-899 of 23.7.2015ublics. This declaration is to be provided by the individual candidates, by each member of a consortium and, where applicable, by the subcontractors present.

The applicant must attach the following documents to his application:

- an extract K-Bis less than 3 months old. For a foreign applicant, a professional registration certificate under the conditions forby the law of the Member State in which it is established or, failing that, an equivalent document, - a copy of the documents justifying the powers of the persons empowered to commit the candidate, - in the case of a grouping of undertakings if the application is submitted by his representative, a letter of approval of the latter by his co-contractors, to represent the other members of the group- in the case of a group of companies, a letter of declaration from the group detailing the name, the SIREN and the address of each co-contractor. If, for a justified reason, the candidate is not able to produce some or all of the above, he / she is authorized to prove his or her economic and financial capacity and in particular the respect of the threshold of above minimum capacity by any other equivalent means.

The applicant must provide the financial statements (balance sheets and profit and loss accounts) for the last 3 years.available years attesting to its financial durability.

If, taking into account the date of creation of his enterprise, the candidate does not have all the information, provide equivalent proofs.

In addition, the candidate will have to justify an annual turnover over the last 3 years available above the amounts indicated below for each lot:

- lot 1: supply and delivery of granulated waste containers up to the 3 destination seaports of the DROMs of La Reunion, La Martinique and La Guadeloupe destinationin La Reunion, Bellefontaine in Martinique and Pointe Jarry in Guadeloupe: EUR 27, 000, 000,

- lot 2: provision of support for urea containers, their storage and disposal on the EDF PEI site, the dissolution of uree on the site and the return of empty containers to the seaport of DROM La Reunion. These benefits are provided on behalf of the EDF PEI from Port Est to La Reunion: EUR 660 000,

- lot 3: provision of support for urea containers, their storage, their disposal on the EDF PEI site, the dissolution of urea on the site and the return of empty containers to the seaport of the DROM of Martinique. These services are carried out on behalf of the EDF PEI plant in Bellefontaine, Martinique: 820 000 EUR,

- lot 4: provision of support for uree containers, their storage, disposal on the EDF PEI site, dissolution of uree on the site and the return of empty containers to the seaport of DROM de The Guadeloupe. These services are carried out on behalf of the EDF PEI plant in Pointe Jarry, Guadeloupe: EUR 750 000.

If the same candidate meets several lots, -the minimum turnover is assessed by accumulating the minimum annual turnover required for each lot to which it responds.

The above information is mandatory in order to be eligible to tender.

With regard to points III.1.1), III.1.2) and III.1.3) of this notice of operation, EDF PEI reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the information transmitted by the means ofon

choice. It is specified that heading III.1.2) provides for a minimum threshold of economic and financial capacity.

It is recalled that in order to demonstrate its professional, economic and technical capabilities the candidate may rely on the capacities of other economic operators whatever the nature of the links that bind them to these operators. In this case the candidate justifieshe or these operators and provides proof that he will dispose of it for the execution of the market. This proof may be furnished by any appropriate means.

The duration indicated in II.2.7) corresponds to the projected duration of the firm part of 2 years, of an optional first part of 2 years and of a second optional part

1 year. offers are presented either by themembers of the grouping, either by a representative who justifies the necessary authorizations to represent the other members of the grouping. EDFPEI reserves the right to award the contract on the basis of initial offers without negotiation.

The local time indicated in Section IV.2 (2) refers to Paris time.

The languages indicated in Section IV.2.4) relate to the demand forparticipation and supply.
