Terrestrial transport of intra and inter-facility patients for the Southern Lorraine GHT

Ground transport of intra and inter-establishment patients at the expense of 10 GHT Sud Lorraine establishments: The public market will be established in the form of agreement with purchase orders without minimum or maximum value or quantity. It will be enforceablefrom 1.1.2019, or from the date of its notification if it occurs later, until 31.12.2019 and tacitly renewable for a further period of 12 months until 31.12.2020.

Inland and inter-institutional patient transport for GHT Sud Lorraine: The Framework Agreement (AC) is divided into 29lots allocated individually:

- at the charge of CHRU Nancy:

- lot 1: transport layer by ambulance distance 10 km (multi-attribute AC: 5 economic operators solicited in cascade),

- lot 3: transport seated professionalised distance 10 km (multi-attribute AC: 5 economic operators solicited in cascade),

- lot 5: bariatric transport (AC mono-attribute),

- lot 6: transport of persons with reduced mobility (mono-attribute CA),

- lot 7: transport of uhsi detainees (multi-beneficiary ac: 3 economic operators solicited in cascade),

- lot 8: transport medical and nursing of new nes and infants (single-donor CA),

- lot 9: intra and inter-medical transport medical or nursing - tiih (multi-beneficiary ac: 3 operators-economically solicited in cascade),

- at the expense of CH Toul:

- lot 10: ambulance layer transport (AC mono-attribute),

- lot 11: bariatric transport (AC mono-attribute),

- lot 12: professionalized seated transport (single-member CA),

- lot 13: patient transport in day care (single-person CA),

- in charge of the GHEMM:

- lot 14: transport layer in ambulance incbariatric transport lute (single-tasking AC),

Tendering procedures (see Details in the consultation rules): this contract complies with the MPS (Simplified Public Procurement) scheme and allows companies to apply on the basis of their only SIRET number.

The elements of the application and the offer must be transmitted imperatively by way of thehttps://www.marches-publics.gouv.fr.

The electronic response is mandatory but no signature is required at this stage.

The signature of the contract (electronic or handwritten) may be requested retrospectively by the sole successful firm.

The filing of applications and offers transmitted electronically gives rise to an acknowledgment of receipt mentioning the date and timefrom the reception. A backup copy can be sent.
