Transportation services sanitary and non-sanitary land for the Hospital of Tours.

Terrestrial sanitary and non-sanitary transport services for Tours CHRU.

- letter of application and authorization of the representative by his-co-contractors where applicable (DC1 or free form),

- to provide for each single candidate or each member of the candidate group:

Lot 1: ambulance transport non-medicalized, at the expense of the University Hospital of Tours, according to the perimeter defined by the provisions of Decree No. 2018-354 of 15.5.2018, in daytime hours from Monday to Friday (8:00 to 20:00) and Saturday of8:00 to 12: 00.

Lot 2: transport by ambulance not medicalized, at the expense of the University Hospital of Tours, according to the perimeter defined by the provisions of the decree n 2018-354 of 15.5.2018, in night hours (from 20:00 to 8:00), from Monday to Sunday.

Lot 3: transport by ambulance not medicalized, at the expense of the University Hospital of Tours, according to the perimeter defined by the provisions of the decree n 2018-354 of 15.5.2018, en daytime hours, Saturday from 12:00 to 20:00 and Sunday and public holidays from 8:00 to 20:00.

Lot 4: Seated transport professionnalized in Light commercial vehicle (VSL) or taxi, according to the perimeter defined by the provisions of Decree No. 2018-354 of 15.5.2018, in daytime hours from Monday to Friday (8:00 to 20:00) and Saturday from 8:00 to 12:00.
