The order includes design, delivery, installation and commissioning of video surveillance systems, fire alarms, alarm systemand perimeter security at sites of ESO EAD, Mayor Plovdiv. It is divided into 3 lots. The implementation of each lot will be realized in 2 stages:

Main Site: On the territory of Pamporovo Station - the land of the village of Stoykite, Smolyan region

The execution of the order includes the following volume of works:

- first stage: design - preparation of a work project including at least the project hoursyou "CCTV", "Fire Alert", "Alarm and Perimeter Security", "Construction", "Project Accounting Document" (PSD) and "Safety and Health Plan" (PSP),

- second stage: delivery of equipment and auxiliary materials, installation, adjustment and commissioning of the systems in Pamporovo Station.

The participant must be entered in the central professionala Zonal Builder`s Register (CPR) for constructions from the fifth group of separate types of construction and assembly works according to item "Construction" of NACE.BG-2008: 43.21 "Construction of electrical installations" and / or 80.20 "Activities in the field of technical security systems".

Proved by submitting a certified copy of a certificate for entry in the CPRS in the fifth group for types of construction and assembly works43.21 "Construction of electrical installations" and / or 80.20 "Activities in the field of technical security systems and valid inspection certificate." section of the OEDOP. Documents proving compliance with the selection criteria set, shall be submitted by the tenderer designated before the contract is concluded. Documents shall also be submitted to subcontractors and third parties, if any.

As of 1.4.2018, the EDESP shall be submitted electronically in accordance with Art. 67, para. 4 of the PPL. In item 2.2.1 of section III "Instructions to participants" from the documentation for participation, as well as in Methodical instruction № МУ-4 /2.3.2018 and the Q&A section of the PPA page provides instructions for the submission of an electronic OEDOP (EEDOP) by the participants. under Art. 171, para. 1 of the Spatial Planning Act (ZUT) for the designer for objects of the second category according to the ZUT.of a certified copy of Professional Liability Insurance under Article 171, Paragraph 1 of the Spatial Planning Act for a designer with insurance coverage according to the Ordinance on the Terms and Conditions for Compulsory Insurance in Design and Construction (NURSPSA) and proof of fully paid premium.

2. The participant must have valid Professional Liability Insurance under Art. 171, para. 1 of the Law on Device ofthe territory (SPA) for the builder.

It is proved by submitting a certified copy of the Professional Liability Insurance under Article 171, paragraph 1 of the SPAs for the builder with insurance coverage in accordance with the Ordinance on the Terms and Conditions for Compulsory Insurance in Design and Construction ( NSRPSA) and proof of fully paid premium.

When submitting the offer, the participants declare complianceits selection criteria by completing the information required by the contracting authority in the relevant section of the EDES. The documents proving compliance with the selection criteria set shall be submitted by the tenderer designated as the contractor prior to the conclusion of the contract. Documents shall also be submitted to subcontractors and third parties, if any.

As of 1.4.2018, EDED shall be submitted electronically in accordance with Art. 67, para. 4 of the PPL. Section 2.2.1 of Section III "Guidelines for participants" from the documentation for participation, as well as in Methodical instruction № МУ-4 / 2.3.2018 and the section "Questions and answers" on the site of the PPA provide instructions for presentation of electronic EDED (eEDED) by the participants.

In case the tenderer will use third party resources, he / she shall provide evidence (declaration of commitment, etc.) that he / she will have at his / her disposal these resources for the duration of the lot.
