The subject of the order is technical service along withof malfunctions on Robinson R-44 "Raven II" helicopters marked SP-MKE, SP-MKF and SP-MKG.

A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex 3 to the ToR entitled "Description of the subject of the order". The contractor must have an organization approved in accordance with the provisions of EASA Part 145 or Part M / F and have a valid certificate with the scope of approval authorizing to operate the lineand hangar and removal of helicopters.

Pursuant to art. 29 paragraph 3a of the Public Procurement Law, the Employer requires for the implementation of the subject of the contract of employment by the Contractor or subcontractor under a contract of employment a minimum of 1 person performing helicopter service and one person certifying the performance of service by the executing staff or employment by the Contractor orb a subcontractor based on a contract of employment of a person who is authorized to perform and at the same time certify operations on a helicopter.

The Employer does not set a detailed condition in this respect. In the procurement procedure, communication between the Employer and Contractors takes place using the purchasing platform https: //platformazakupowa.law.mil.pl/

2. The Employer informs that in the event of any doubts related to the rules of using the platform, the Contractor should contact the supplier of the ICT solution for the purchasing platform of the Military University of Technology tel. +48 22 5768790, e-mail: oneplace.admin@marketplanet.pl. The Contractor is obliged to provide a deposit of 14, 000, PLN 00 (fourteen thousand zlotys) before the offer submission deadline.

4. Information clause from art. 13 of the Regulation on the protection of personal data, the GDPR constitutes Annex 7 to the ToR.
