Provision of a Specialist Space Economics Consultant

Produce a feasibility study and/or business case to support the development of a North East Space Hub.

Main Site : Harwell, Oxford.

Produce a feasibility study and/or business case to support the development of a North East Space Hub. The objectives of the project are:

— the assignment will not exceed 200 days over the full contract period,

— the successful organisation and candidate will also be subject to the clauses of the grant funding authority.

1) To develop a detailed business plan and financial model for investment in the Hub;

2) To development a landscape map of the North East capability and market analysis of the opportunities for growth of the Catapult NE Centre;

3) To evaluate the ecosystem to support the development of a North East Space Hub with a defined operating model.

Although this project does not breach OJEU spend thresholds we wish to follow good business practice for all procurements as appropriate.
