Estimates of the minimum and maximum quantities that could be sentquoted during the entire framework agreement: minimum: 5 tickets; maximum: 700 tickets.

Estimates of the minimum and maximum quantities that could be the subject of a single subsequent contract from those to be awarded during the framework agreement: minimum: 1 ticket; maximum: 50 tickets.

Estimating the value of the largest subsequent contract to be awarded during the framework agreement: 138 875, 00 RON.

Requirement no. 1: bidders, members of the association, third-party supporters and subcontractors must not be found in the situations provided by art. 164, art. 165 and art. 167 of Law 98 / 2016.

The method of fulfillment: the DUAE will be completed in accordance with art. 193 para. (1) of Law no. 98 / 2016.

The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of those assumed by completing the DUAE and chas to be presented, at the request of the contracting authority only by the bidders ranked on the first 5 (five) places in the intermediate ranking drawn up at the end of the evaluation of the bids, are:

- certificates confirming the lack of outstanding debts, regarding the payment of taxes, taxes or of contributions to the general consolidated budget (local budget, state budget, etc.) tothe moment of presentation,

- the criminal record of the economic operator,

- the criminal record of the members of the administration, management or supervision body of the respective economic operator, as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / the constitutive document,

- the criminal record of those which have power of representation, decision or control within the respective economic operator, as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / the constitutive act,

- as the case may be, documents proving that the economic operator can benefit from the derogations provided in art. 166 para. (2), art. 167 para. (2), art. 171 of Law 98/2016 on public procurement,

- other edifying documents, as the case may be,

- documents issued in a language other than Roman will be accompaniedof the authorized translation into Romanian,

- the documents submitted must be valid at the time of presentation.

In the case of the country of origin or the country where the tenderer / supporting third party / subcontractor is established, no documents of the nature mentioned above are issued or those documents do not cover all the situations provided in art. 164, 165 and 167 of Law 98/2016, the authority /the contracting entity has the obligation to accept a declaration on its own responsibility or if in the respective country there are no legal provisions regarding the declaration on its own responsibility, an authentic statement given before a notary, an administrative or judicial authority or a professional association that has competences in this regard.
