CPV Description: Air Traffic Services (AA 56/18) of a 4 year framework agreement providing air transport services for personnel from GREECE to CYPRUS and vice versa, with an economic operator. 18)

We hereby declare:

competitive negotiated procedure (DS: 57/18), for, in accordance within accordance with the general and special terms of the present contract, and with award criteria as set out in the tender document.

2.2.4.1) Economic operators involved in the process of concluding this Scheme are required to engage in commercial or industrial or craft activity related to the subject of the contract (provision of air transport /2.2.4.2) Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional or trade registers kept in their State of establishment or to satisfy any other requirement, in Appendix XI of Appendix A of Law 4412/2016.

2.2.4.3) In the case of financialentities established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries that have acceded to the SSS. or in third countries not covered by the previous case and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement procedures, are required to be registered in appropriate professional or commercial registers..1) With regard to economic and financial capacity, for the current SOP process, economic operators are required to provide evidence that the minimum average turnover over the last three years (2015, 2016 and 2017) from the date of submission of supporting documents / offers, in the field of activity (supply of air tickets), which is the subject of the S-P, is at least equal to 30% of the estimated maximum value of the S-P, according to the financial data of paragraph 1.3.5 of this Invitation, that is, one million nine hundred ninety-eight thousand (EUR 1, 998, 000.00)

2.2.5.2) If the proposed service provider is active for a shorter period, thethe turnover from the start of its activities should be at least equal to 30% of the estimated maximum value of the CI or of the share (s) for which the tenderer's participation occurs, according to the financial data of paragraph 1.3.5 of this Notice

2.2.5.3) The applicant service provider must prove the above minimumby submitting with his / her bid the documentation in accordance with the company law of the country in which he / she is established as detailed in paragraph 2.2.9.2 of this notice.
