Proof of the establishment of the guarantee of participation will be scanned and posted on SEAP in a separate file called "Warranty for PaThe participation guarantee is irrevocable and must stipulate that the payment of the participation guarantee will be executed unconditionally, ie at the first request of the beneficiary. to retain the participation guarantee in accordance with the provisions of Article 37 of GD 395/2016.

Clarification requests will be addressed exclusively in the SEAP at the "Questions" section of the award procedure, and I am sorrythe funds will be published in SEAP, the contracting authority will not respond to the requests addressed by another means of communication.

The contracting authority will conclude the framework agreement with all the bidders whose offers have been declared admissible. The maximum number of economic operators with whom the framework agreement is concluded is unlimited and the minimum number is 2 economical operatorshere.
