The subject of the contract is the supply of technology for the equipment and processing of waste in the framecollection yard for the association of Vieska. The main object of the tender is the delivery of a wheeled tractor (1 piece) in a collection yard for the association Viesky. I will be provided with additional information in the tender documents.

The applicant must meet the conditions of the time stated in - 32 par. 1 Act on public obstaravana. Their fulfillment of the proof according to - 32 par. 2, resp. ods. 4 and para. (5) by presenting the original documents or their certified true copies. The subject conditions are determined ex ante in accordance with - 32 of the Act. A group of contractors proves that the conditions for participation in accordance with Section 32 of the Act are met separately for each member of the Group. The fulfillment of the condition of part-time according to - 32 par. 1 letter. e) the law proves a member of the group only in relation to the part of the subject of the order to secure it.

Zap-dač zapiin the List of economic subjects pursuant to Article 152 of the Act, is not obliged in the public procurement process to submit documents proving compliance with the conditions of the part of the person's personal status under Section 32 2 - The fulfillment of the condition of part-time may be provisionally replaced within the meaning of Section 39 of the Act - a single European document (JED). For the law, the JED is the document of the economythe entity may provisionally replace the documents for the fulfillment of the conditions specified by the contracting authority. Documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions of the part replaced by the JED shall submit to the contracting authority an applicant pursuant to - 39 par. 6 Laws

The applicant submits the document (s) 1. according to - 33 par. 1 letter. a) the lawproof of financial and economic standing to use the financial resources of another person, regardless of their legal relationship. In such a case, the applicant must prove to the public procurement agent that in the performance of the contract he will actually use the resources of a person whose status is useful in proving his financial and economic standing. From a written contract, the person's handbag must appear to provide performance during the duration of the contractual relationship. The person whose resources are to be used to prove his financial and economic status must demonstrate compliance with the terms of part-time status, except for Section 32 1 letter. e) and do not have to exist-evidence of exclusion pursuant to - 40 par. 6 sheets. (a) to (h) and 7 of the Act. In the case of an applicant who makes a group of contractors involved in a public procurement, proof of compliance with the conditions of the economic and financial standing under this point of notification is required for all members of the group together. The person or person whose resources are to be used to prove the financial and economist(JED) pursuant to Article 39. If an applicant submits a single European document, the contracting authority may, at any time during the tendering procedure, apply for the submission of a document or documents replaced by the tenderer in order to ensure the proper conduct of the public procurement procedure a single European documentom.

Communication and exchange of information between the contracting authority and the tenderers is based on - 187 par. Article 8 of the Act shall be effected by post, by e-mail, by electronic means or by a combination of said items, in electronic form means communication-via e-mail.

4. The purchase price (each part) will be payable within 60 days of invoice delivery. As a result of the public tender, Kupna will be a contract (for each part separately). The Purchase Contract (for each part) shall become effective:

(a) the day following the date of its publication in Sulade with st. - 47a of the Commercial Code and b) after a complete administrative approval of the public processprocurement, from which the Object of fulfillment has arisen. Both of these conditions must be fulfilled cumulatively. The contracting authority declares that it restricts the information requested as part-time (with regard to Part IV: Conditions for Part A to D of the Single European Document) to 1 question, yes or no (ALFA: Globalny for all conditions); whether the economic entities are linkedthey will have all the required conditions for their participation, relating to economic and financial status, technical and professional competence. In particular, public procurement is not a green public procurement, it is not an innovation, it is not an approach focused on social aspects.
