Maintenance of the protection zone of the power transmission line of the Czech Republic - West I area

The subject of the public contract is the removal and trimming of trees and other stands in the protection zone onground lines of the electricity transmission system of the Czech Republic endangering the safe and reliable operation of the transmission system equipment, including disposal of removed and truncated tree and other stands, residues from mining and grass waste generated by this activity and other related services for safe and reliable operation of transmission system equipment in the area .

Supplier provesfulfillment of professional competence according to - 77 par. 1 of the Act in relation to the Czech Republic by submitting an extract from the Commercial Register or other similar records, if another legal regulation requires entry in such records. The possibility to prove the fulfillment of this qualification by submitting an affidavit is not affected

The supplier is further obliged according to - 77 par. 2 of the letter. a) The Act to submit proof that in accordance with Act No. 455/1991 Coll., on Trade Licensing (Trade Licensing Act), as amended, it is authorized to conduct business, to the extent corresponding to the subject of the public contract, ie that it has a trade license toSubject of business Production, trade and services not listed in Annexes 1 to 3 of the Trade Licensing Act in the field of activity belonging to free trade, in particular to:

The evaluation of tenders will be carried out in the sense of - 114 and 115 of the Act. The offers will be evaluated according to their economic advantage. The economic advantage of bids will be evaluated according to the lowest bid price. Pursuant to Section 170 of the Act, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the tender procedure

The contract will be concluded for an indefinite period.
