These services concern the execution ofn a number of line planting substitutes in District 5: Kanalen-Oost District (see Appendices 1-5):

- 3 years guarantee on the planting
The tenderers demonstrate their economic and financial capacity by submitting the following document: - a statement concerning the total turnover and, if applicable, the turnover of the business activity that is the subject of the assignment, not exceeding the last three available financial yearsdepending on the start date or on the date on which the tenderer commenced business, insofar as the turnover figures concerned are available.

The tenderer uses this file to fill in his inventory. this file may not be modified with exceptionof filling in the gray fields.
The tenderer must convert the completed Excel document into a printable PDF file.
Both the Excel and PDF files must be uploaded and submitted via e-tendering. between the two files, the pdf file is considered to be the real intention of the subscriber and the pdf-file is thus the only onee legally valid.
