CPV Description: Fuel purchases of fuels by means of fuel cards The subject of the purchase is the purchase of the following fuels by means of fuel cards (hereinafter referred to as "the subject of the order"):

The subject of the purchase is the purchase of the following fuels through fuel cards (hereinafter referred to as "the subject of the order"):

1.1 unleaded automobilepetrol according to STN EN 228

1.2 diesel fuel according to STN EN 590

The subject of the order must be in accordance with the valid legal regulations concerning the subject of the order in the EU and in the Slovak Republic, especially in environmental, customs and tax matters. orders are the issue and delivery of fuel cards as a means of non-cash payment for the purchase of a(1) The public procurement may be awarded only to the person who satisfies the conditions under which a person is in a position to occupy himself according to - 32 par. (2) The Applicant proves that he fulfills the conditions of his or her personal status according to - 32 par. 2, resp. ods. (4) and (5) of the WFD or by the presentation of the Single European Document document(hereinafter referred to as JED) or in the list of economic entities kept by the Public Procurement Office.

(3) In the case of a tenderer forming a group of contractors engaged in a public procurement, proof of compliance is requiredthe appearance of a person having a personal status for each member of the group separately. The fulfillment of the condition of part-time according to - 32 par. 1 letter. e) The GVA proves a member of the group only in relation to that part of the object of the order to secure it. (4) According to - 32 par. 2 sheets. e) ZVO, the applicant submits a document authorizing him to deliver the goods or to provide a service in relation to the object of the order.in this section must be presented as original or certified true copies or as a document / write-off form of the original.

1. The public contracting authority will proceed with this public procurement pursuant to - 66 par. 7 ZVO, i. the so- reversed draw.

2. Public procurement is carried out through the Josephine Information System (hereafter Josephine)which is available at https://josephine.proebiz.com. 4. The applicant shall provide evidence of compliance with the terms of the electronic certificate by means of the Josephine system as scanned documents or may submit a completed Single European Document form, which may replace the documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions of participation (Section 39 (1) of the GPA). The contracting authority shall request the successful tenderer to proceedthe issuance of original documents or a verifiable copy of the documents proving the fulfillment of the terms and conditions in case they have not already been submitted. Failure to comply with this obligation will be considered by the contracting authority as a failure to provide proper performance. Public procurement is carried out as a central public procurement procedure for the contracting authority awarding the public procurementof the contracting authorities in its favor. These are the budget organizations, the membership organizations, the statutory enterprises that belong to its founding or founding personality and managed organization. The list of contracting authorities on the basis of which the contracting authority implements central public procurement is set out in point 23 of the tender documents and also in the Ramc agreement appendix no. 3

7th OdoNon-Disclosure: The requirement includes the complex nature of the subject matter of the bid resulting from the identified needs of the contracting authority in relation to ensuring the achievement of the business and the effectiveness of the bid. Partitioning of the contract on a part would give the public procurement agent significant problems in the logistics and coordination of the implementation of the bid, which would be realmultiplied by suppliers, to meet the needs of other organizations in its management capacity. The distribution of the order would be reflected in the economy, efficiency and time of the procurement and the actual subject of the contract during the duration of the contractual relationship.
