1. The subject of the order is the purchase of two school aircraft with basic operating equipment for the Academic Training Center of the Silesian University of Technology (AOSL)PolŚl).

1. The subject of the order is the purchase of two school aircraft with basic operating equipment for the Academic Training Center of the Silesian University of Technology (AOSL PolŚl). 2. CPV: 34.71.11.00-5 Airplanes. 3. Order completion date: up to 60 days from the day of concluding the contract.

1. Grounds for exclusion from the procedure: art. 24 paragraph 1point 12 23 and par. 5 points 1 and 4 of the PPL Act

2. Demonstration of no grounds for exclusion:

2.1. The contractor must submit a current statement as at the date of submitting the bids, as referred to in art. 25a section 1 of the Act (EAT).

2.2. "Reverse" procedure: the contracting authority provides for the use of the procedure referred to in Article 24aa (1) of the Act.

2.3. List of documents and declarations which the contractor submits in the procedure forrequesting the ordering party to confirm the circumstances referred to in art. 25 paragraph 1 of the Act: the contracting authority, before awarding the contract, will call the contractor whose bid has been best rated to be submitted within a designated period, not shorter than 10 days, valid as at the date of submission of the following statements or documents confirming the circumstances referred to in art. 25 paragraph 1 of the Act, consentof the Regulation of the Minister of Development of 26 July 2016 on the types of documents that the contracting authority may request from the contractor in the procurement procedure (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1126). In order to confirm that there are no grounds for excluding the contractor from participation in the proceedings referred to in item 1 above, the contracting authority will call the contractor whose bid was highest rated for the depositpresent:

2.3.1. information from the KRK to the extent specified in art. 24 paragraph 1 point 13, 14 and 21 of the Act, issued not earlier than 6 months before the deadline for submitting bids;

2.3.2. Contractor`s declarations in the scope specified in art. 24 paragraph 1 point 15 of the Act, on the lack of issuing a final court judgment against him or a final administrative decision on late payment of taxes, fees or feesdecree on social or health insurance or in the event of the issuance of such a judgment or decision of documents confirming the payment of these claims together with any interest or fines or the conclusion of a binding agreement on the repayment of these claims;

2.3.3. Contractor`s declarations in the scope specified in art. 24 paragraph 1 point 22 of the Act, on the lack of a judgment against him in titlea preventive measure to prohibit competing for public contracts;

2.3.4. an excerpt from the relevant register or from the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity, if separate provisions require an entry in the register or a register, to confirm the absence of grounds for exclusion pursuant to art. 24 paragraph 5 item 1 of the Act, unless the contracting authority will have documents regarding the contractor orb will be able to obtain them using free and publicly available databases.

Information on foreign documents can be found in the ToR and in the Regulation of the Minister of Development of 26 July 2016 on the types of documents that the contracting authority may request from the contractor in a contract award procedure (- 7 and 8).

3. According to art. 24 paragraph 11 of the Public Procurement Law, the contractor within 3 days of the swapincluding information on the website, referred to in art. 86 section 5 of the Public Procurement Law, provides the contracting authority with a declaration of belonging or not belonging to the same capital group as referred to in art. 24 paragraph 1 point 23 of the PPL Act. The statement should be submitted in the original in electronic form or in an electronic copy of the statement certified as true to the original. Along withby submitting a statement, the contractor may provide evidence that links with another contractor do not lead to a distortion of competition in the procurement procedure.
